NOMINATIONS For all races close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, March 10th, 1891, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS For the first day's races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, March 16th. For second day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Secretary on the night of first day's races at 10 p.m. BULES. I—No1 — No entry will be received for any races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising oat of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present or those whom they may appoint; Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2 — .Nominations and acceptances close with the Secretary at Feilding, at 830 p.m., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45. 3 — All entries must be sealed and addressed to ihe Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of owner, prdigree, performances, and colors of rider. 4 — Any owner failing to declare bis colors at time of entry will be fitied 1 soy, unless they are registered. s—All5 — All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by tlic Me ropolitan Clubs of ISew Zealand. 6— The ad veri ised .stakes will be paid in full without any deduction. 7 — The Committee reserve ihe right to alter the date or lime for decli.rntion of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may deem fit: B—Hack8 — Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race (Lack and burner races excepted) or is not nominated at date of entry for any race (hack or hunter races excepted).
