.*. I The United Farmers' Alliance report as follows :— Wheat— Only fowl wheat selling, at 3s 3d to 3s 6d ; for whole wheat, 3s to 3s 3d, seconds. Oats— The market is a trifle firmer and stocks are running low. Good heavy sparrowbills, 2s 7d to 2s 8d ; duns, 2s 8d to 2s 9d. BarleyCape, 3s to 3s 3d. -Potatoes— Kidneys, jfc'4 to M 4 10s. Chaff— Good bright oaten sheaf, £4 to £4 10s; second quality, £3 10s to £4. Seeds — New season's seeds are now to hand and are moviftg. - off rapidly. Grass seeds are ruling^ about the same as last year, but im- \_ ported seeds, more particularly Fescues, show an advance as compared with last year's prices. The quality of the imported seeds is very gdod, notwitlw standing the bad seed harvest in England.
