. « Tenders for the right to collect tho Dog Tax in the Manchester Road District close to morrow. Tenders for the Wesleyan Church at Apiti close on the 10th instant. Stirrup-iron left at the Star office. Owner wanted. Mr G. Warner has a notice iv to-day relative to the debts due to the firm of Jackson and Warner, of Birmingham. Tenders are invited by Mr John Gcnnell for the erection of a cottage on Mr D. Manson 'a property at Waituna- See advertisement. The famous " Scott " ranges are kept in stock by C. Young, the cheap ironmonger, Manchester street, Feilding. The public are invited to inspect these ranges, which are a new make, and wherever used have given the greatest satisfaction. — Advt. Object lessons in this useful science are being given every day at tlie " Grand Xmas Fair," Te Aro Ilouse, Wellington. — Advt. Mr Greenwood, dentist, will be resident in Feilding on and after lath December, where ho may be consulted daily, excepting on Fridays, when he will visit Palmerston North. And Mr Tripe can be consulted at Mr Greenwood's Rooms, Kimbolton Road, Feilding, on Fridays, when he (Mr Tripe) pays his usual weekly vieit to Feilding. — Advt,
