The following handicaps have been been declared in the Ladies' and Gentlemen's Handicap Singles : — Ladies' Handicap Singles — Miss A. Fry and Miss Wilks, scratch ; Miss Fry and Mrs Macarthur, 5 ; Mrs Holmes, 7 ; Mrs J. C, Hill, 20 ; Miss Giesen and Miss Saxon, 25 ; Miss Greenwood, 30. Gentlemen's Handicap Singles — Mr Barton, Mr Dyer, and Mr Lance, owe 10 ; Mr Brabant, 15; Mr Mildred, 20; Mr French, 28; Mi Matheson, Mr Richmond, and Mr Reade, 80; Rev 'lnnes Jones, Mr C. Halcombe, "Mr Shannon, 85 ; Mr W. Giesen, 40 { Mr Allen, 45. The drawing in the different rounds resulted as follows: — Ladies' Champion Singles, 50 points up. — First round to be played by 10th February: — No 1. Miss Fry plays Mrs Macarthur; No 2. Miss Greenwood plays Miss Giesen ; No 3. Mrs Holmes plays Miss A. Fry; No 4. Miss Saxon plays Mrs Hill ; No 5. Miss Wilks a bye. Second round, to be played by 17th February. — A, the winner of No 2, plays the winner of No 4 ; B, winner of No 5, plays winner of No 1 ; C, winner of No 8, a bye. Third round, to be played by February 24th. — The winner of A plays the winner of B, the winner of G a bye. Gentlemen's Handicap Singles, 80 points up. — First Round, to be played by 14th February :— No. 1, Mr Richmond (80) plays Mr Brabant (15) ; No. 2, Mr French (28) plays Mr Shannon (35) ; No. 3, Mr Allen (45) plays Rev. InnesJones (35) ; No. 4, Mr Barton (owe 10) plays Mr Lance (owe 10) ; No. 5, Mr Mildred (20) plays Mr Giesen (40) ; No. 6, Mr Dyer (owe 10) plays Me Reade (30) ; No. 7, Mr Matheson (30) plays Mr Halcombe (35). Second Round, to be played by 24th February : —A, the winner of No. 6 plays the winner of No. 4 ; B, the winner of No. 5 plays the winner of No. 2 ; C, the winner of No. 3 plays the winner of No. 7 ; D, the winner of No. 1 plays a bye. Third Round, to be played by 3rd March :— The winner. of A plays the winner of C ; the winner of B plays the winner of D. The order of play for the Ladies' Handicap Singles will appear to-morrow.
