NOMINATIONS For all races close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, March 10th, 1894, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS For the first day's races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, March 16th. For second day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Secretary on tko night of first day's races at 10 p.m. BULES. I—No1 — No entry will be received for any races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present or those whom tbej may appoint; Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2 — .Nominations and acceptances close with the Secretary at Feilding, at 8.30 p m., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45, 3 — All entries must be sealed and addressed i«» ihe Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider, 4 — Any owner failing to declare hi* colors at time of eutry will be fined 1 sov, unless they are reg^tered. s—All5 — All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by the Me ropolitan Clubs of JN T ew Zealand. 6 — The advertised btakes will be paid in full without any deduction. 7 — The Commit tec reserve the right to alter (he date or time for decli.ralion of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may deem fit; B— Hack menDs a horse tbat has never won an adTertised race (back and hunter races excepted) or i.s not nominated at date of entry for nny race (hack or hunter races excepted).
