For second day's races dote with the Secretary on the night of first day's races at 10 p.m. BULES, I—No1 — No entry will bo received for any races except on tkis condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority, of the Stewards present or those whom they may appoint; Their decision upon all points connected wilh the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2 — Nominations and acceptances clone with the Secretary at Feilding, at 8.30 p.m., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45. 3 — All entries must be sealed and addressed to ihe S civiary (entrance money enclosed) with nge nt time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider. 4 — Any owner failing to declare bi» colors at time of entry will be fined 1 BOY, unless they are ri*gi>tercd. s— All races to be run under the rule*of racing as adopted by the Meropolitai.
