The winner of any handicap after declaration of weights of over 60 soys to carry slbs extra, and of over 100 sots lOlbs extra. Six furlongs. 2— First Handicap Hurdles, of 60 soys ; second horse 5 sots from stakes ; nomination 1 sot, acceptance 1 sot. The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 71bs penalty. Two miles and a distance. 3— First Handicap Hack Hurdles, of 40 soys ; second horse 5 sots from stakes ; nomination 1 sot, acceptance 10s. The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 71bs penalty, One mile and a half. 4— Feilding Handicap, of 200 sots ; second horse 20 sots, third 10 sots, both from stakes ; nomination 1 soy, ac» ceptance 4 sots. The winner of any handicap of the value of orer 50 sots after declaration of weights to carry gibs extra, and of the Talue of over 100 soys lOlbs extra. NOMINATIONS For all races close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, March 10th, 1894, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS For the first day's races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, March 16th. For second day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Secretary on the sight of first day's races at 10 p.m. EULES, I—No1 — No entry will be received for any races except on this condition: That all disputes, claims, and objections arising oat of tbe racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present or those whom they may appoint; Their decision upon all points connected with the carry* ing out of the programme shall be final. 2 — Nominations and acceptances close with the Secretary at Feilding, at 8.30 p.m., unless otlieiwise specified; Post Office Box 45, 3 — All ontries must be sealed and addressed tv the Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of ouner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider. 4 — Any owner failing to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 soy, unless they are regi.-tered. s— All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by the Me ropolitan Clubs of^'ew Zealand. 6 — The ad rertised stake* trill be paid in full without any deduction. 7 — The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for decl:. ration of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may deem fit.
