The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of tho properties placed iv tho Public Trust Office, ft common rate of interest, to bo paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of Miia puarantoo is in trae Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for the regular and punctual payment of tho interest, freo of all charges of th« Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees thoro must always be Serious concern as to th« security of th« capital funds ; and the larger tho capital funds the greater must be tho concern for Becurity, and tho loss for a liigh rate of interest.
