The company have just concluded a very successful season at the Wellington Opera House where the performances are very highly spoken of by the local «press. Referring to the performance, the Post says : — " The Opera House was well filled on Saturday evening when the American Trio and Specialty Company began, a short season. An excellent entertainment was given. The high kick* ing, dancing, and contortionist feats of Messrs Mooney and Crawford were enthusiastically applauded, while the latter earned a triple encore for his song " The Bones shall rise." The songs of Messrs Cbas Moore, £. Stowe, and Chas Naylor, and Missrs Holbeiu and Robertson were well received. The skirt dancing and singing of Misses Delroy and Lynne was re-demanded. Laughable sketches entitled " The Lunatics," " Oysters," and «« The Laundry Pantomime," kept the audience in the best of humour.
