Meanwhile the police will take steps for the discovery of the person or persons who have been the cause of the occurrence Mr Beethara does not suspect any person of wilfully administering poison, believing it got among the stores accidentally while being carried by rail. It is stated that arsenic is landed in large quantities at Kaikora in cases which permit of small quantities escaping.
