Campbelltown Notes.
[from oub own cob respondent] The members of the Oddfellows Lodge, Campbelltown, held their usual fortnightly meeting last evening, and about twenty-five members were in attendance. Four members from the Orient Lodge, Palmerston, were also present. The installation of officers was proceeded with— Gro. P. Clark, N.G., and Bro. K Cos tall, VG., the subordinate officers being chosen by them. After a very profitable meeting the members adjourned to Mr Hickford's, where a bountiful spread had been provided. After doing full justice to the many viands, several toasts were given and songs rendered. Tbe meeting was presided over by the P.N.G., Bro A. Arnold. Some very good addresses were made re oddfellowship work, and the meeting closed by singing " Auld Lang Syne." The members of Excelsior Lodge hold their usual fortnightly meeting to-night, when it is to be hoped that many of them will be present. It is the intention of tbe Lodge to hold their annual picnic on Anniversary Day at Mr Ransom's, and it will be the chief point for discussion to-nigbt.
