(rEB I-BES3 ASSOCIATION). DtJNKDiN,*January 11. The second wool sale of the season was held to-day. There was an excellent demand for all the lots submitted, but values wero unimproved. Tlie higher prices secured were due to the superior quality of the wool. The demand was much stronger for coarse, lustrous wool. The finer sorts of cross and halfbreds commanded top prices, lOd being reached. The full catalogue comprised 7291 bales, nearly the whole of which was cleared.
