A Charge of Murder.
(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne, January 12. The Crown has decided to prefer a charge of murder against George Burnett, who killed a boy at Geelong. The jury at the inquest brought in a verdict ol manslaughter. Burnett shot a youth named Jose through the body with a Martini Henri rifle in Latrobe terrace, Geelong, on the morning of January 3. Jose, who was with a number of ojbers, had been irritating Burnett.
