'l'lio Amendment Act of 1«91 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, providoa absolute security against loss to estates from investments at tho discretion of tho l'ublic Trusteo, aud insures tho regular paymont of tho interest. Tho Security and Fidelity of the Pub. lie Trustee's administration must bo considered of tho utmost importance to ovory person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of tho administration, and Guarantees aISO the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested nt tho option of tlio l'ublic Trustee. Tho Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for iiivostincut out of tha properties placed iv the l'ublic Trust Office, * common rate of interest, to bo paid quarterly, Free of ail charges of the Public Trust Office. Tho valuo of this puarantoo is in the Guarantee of the Colony against log? from investments iv bail or lusufllcjqat securities, and a^niiiNt loss from delay in invoßtuieut, and for tlio regular and punctual payment of the interest, free of all charges of tha Public Trust Office.
