The Amendment Act ot 1891 facilitates adlaiuistrution, authorises in p omj>t distribution, irovides absolute security against loss tp estates from investments at tho discretion of the I'uUlic Trustee, and insures tho regular payment of tho interest. The Security and Fidelity of the Public Trustee's administration must bo considered of tho utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of tho adininistvalion, and CuaranteeS aIBO the Integrity of the Capital Funds in vested at the option of the l'ublic Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on tho capital funds uriniiig for investment out of tho properties placed in the l'ublic Trust Office, • c>iiiuiou rate of interest, to Ijc paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. In tho appointment of Trustees there must always be SeriOUS concern as to the security of the Capital funds: and the larger the capital funds tho greater must be the concern for security, and tho less for a high rate of interest.
