FRESH REVELATIONS. OLD DEBENTURE HOLDERS NOT SECURED. A NOISY MEETING. (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION.") London, January 9. At the statutory meeting of the N Z.L. & M. Agency Co. to day the creditors' committee reported that a powerful counsel was of opinion that the old debentureholders wero not secured. Mr Browne, the committee's solicitor, strongly condemned the tnnnner ot issuing the 1892 stock, and accused the nmuageinent of issuing misleading circulars. The coin* mittee are not in favor of litigation in the matter. Sir J. Fergusson defended the directors, and justified their action The meeting was noisy, and Sir J Fergusson was subjected to considerable interruption while explaining the action of the directors. The meeting was adjourned until the reconstruction scheme baa been issued to the shareholders
