■ — « J— .. -. (Per Press Association.) *-^_ Cafktown, January 6. "\ Sir H. Loch and Mr Cecil Rhodea * have arranged terms for settling the occupation of Matabeleland. January 7. A court of inquiry held at Buhnvayo as to the failure of Major Forbes' detachment sent to capture Lobengula shows that the column escaped by the barest chance. No additional uews has been received as to the fate of the detachment under Captain Wilson.
