ENORMOUS DEFALCATIONS. (PEB PBKSS ASSOCIATION.) Rome. January 5. The Italian Government have applied to the British Government to extradite Signor Mongilli, a leading official of the Banca Romana, on a charge of fraud. His defalcations are snid to be two and a half millions sterling.
