tPer Press Association.] Auckland, January 4 Michael William O'Keefe, a miner, formerly of Waiorongomai, and now resident of the Thames, filed a petition of insolvency on February 15th, 1890. His estate realised Is 3£d in the £. which was duly distributed. He has recently voluntarily placed in the hands of the Official Assignee sufficient to pay his debts in full.
