Tho colony yuarantt-ea the fidelity of the administration, and Cuarantees aISO the Integrity ofthe Capital Funds invested at tho option of tho l'ublic Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, ou the capital funds arising for investment out of tha properties placed in tho l'ublic Trust Office, _ couimou rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office.
