Tbo Colony Guarantees also, on the capital fuuds arising for investment out of tha pioperties placed in tbe Public Trust Ofiico, ft common rate of interest, to bo paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. Tlio value of tliis gnarantoe is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or Insullicieut securities, and agaiust loss from delay in investment, and for tbe regular and punctual payment of tbo interest, free of all charges of the l'ublic Trust Ofnce.
