Do tbia at MAIiTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. fHE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government institution to afford, at low rates of commission, a secure and convenient rcconrse for tlioso who, desirous of forming trusts in tbo colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trußtees or executors, aud lot persons unablo or uuwilliug to undortako or continue the administration of the trusts aocepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by "Tho Public Trust Offlco Act, 1872," has been since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to meet growing requirements. Tho Amendment Act of 1691 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against lost to estates from investment* at the discretion of the Public Trustee, and insures the regular payment of the interest The Security and Fidelity ot the Pub. lie Trustee's admiuistration must be considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating tho appointment oi ft * trußtoe. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity oi the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at the option of the Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of tha properties placed in the Public Trust Office, » common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee is in - the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or Insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for the regular and punctual payment of the interest, free of aileharoes of tnt Public Trust Office. In the appointment ot Trustees thoro must always be serloUS concern as to the security of the capital funds ; and the larger the capital funds tho greater inußt be the concern for security, and the less for a high rate of interest. Tho Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leavo tho colony, cannot become owqualifiod, or involved In private difficulties j and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absonoe render necessary numerous and oxpensivji deeds not required by Public Trustees administration, which has, besides, tho om«« solicitor's advice without expense to tM estates.
