THE Fifth Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in the Theatre Royal, Palroerston Noith, on SATURDAY, 16th December next, at 2.30 p.m. Proxies must be lodged at the Company's office on or before 2.30 p.m. on THURSDAY, 14th December. Buick and Mr James Howard, who retire, as provided by Articles of Association, but offer themselves for re-election. To consider the following resolutions which will hn moved, viz. : — That the capital of the Company be increased to £15,000 by the creaation of 3,000 new shares of £5 each. That the qualification of a Director be ten shares in the Company, and that article 55 of Association be altered to that effect.
