Do this at MARTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. fHE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Govemmont institution to afford, at lOW rates Of commission, a sccuro and couvontout recourse for ttaoso who, desirous of forming trusts in tho colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trusteos or executors, and for persona unable or unwilling to undertake or continue the administration of the trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Publio Trust Office, constituted by " The Public .Trust Office Act, 1872," has been since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to meet growing requirements. The Amendment Act of 1891 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss to estates from Investments at tho discretion of the Public Trustee, and insures the regular payment of the interest The Security and Fidelity of the Fab. lio Trustee's administration must bo considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. The colony ffiiaranieet t lie fidelity Of the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at the option of the I'ublio Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of toe properties placed in the Public Trust Office, ft common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. Tbo value of this guarantee is in the Cuarantee of the Colony against iobs from investments in bad or Insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investwent, and for tho regular and punctual payment of the interest, free of all charges of the Publio Trtut Office. In the appointment of Trustees there must always be serious concern as to the security of the Capital funds ; aud the larger the capital funds the greater must bs the concern tot security, and the lobb for a high rate of interest. The Public Trustee cannot die, , cannot leave tho colony, cannot become pusqualified, or involved in private difficulties, ] aud cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absence render nocessary numerous and expensive deeds not required by Publio Trustee* ad- , ministration, which has, besides, the offlM 1 solicitor's advice without expense to tb« , estates.
