The House of Commons carried a mo* lion expressing horror at the nature of the crimo committed in the French Chamber of Deputies;and, sympathy with those injured. December 12. Tho Premier has introduced into ihe Chamber of Deputies a Bill widely extending tho powers of the police in dealing with Anarchists. It has been decided to expel all foreign Anarchists from France. Ten Anarchists were with Valliant when the bomb was thrown. Tbe Chamber of Deputies, by a lar&e majority, has modified the law regarding newspapers, but provides for severe punishment of anyone found guilty of inciting to outrage. M. Goblet, on behalf of the Socialists, taunted the Government with reviving old tactics of the Empire. Strict pieci»uliODß arc now taken as to the admission of strangers into the gal lerics of the Chamber. The man Valliant, who admits having thrown the bomb in the Chamber of Deputies, has been in prison on five previous occasions on charges of theft and wife desertion. The Chamber of Deputies has, by a majority of 250 rote?, passed a Bill preventing the Anarchists' Club from extending, and placing it under police supervision. Messages of sympathy have been received from the Austrian and Swiss Governments, and of indignation from those of Spain and Italy. London, December 12. In the House of Commons, Sir Frederick D.
