Shirley Baiter, was appointed Premier, William Campbell, GoJleotor of Customs, and Varantraejwas transferred to Tongatabu, and Whitcombe w6«. aj> pointed Secretary of Slate for Foreign Affairs. A general wish is expressed! for the Ber. Mr Baker to return to Tonga. ,
