Do this at MARTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. fHE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government instifution to afford, at low rates Of commission, a secure and convenient recourse for tlioso who, desirous ol forming trusts in tho colony, cauiiot satisfactorily appoiiit private triißteos or executors, and for persons unablo or unwilling to undertake or continue ttao administration of the trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by "The Public Trust Olllce Act, 1872," has beon since much enlarged in Its functions by amending Acts, to moot growing requirements. The Amendment Act of 1891 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss to estates from investments at tho discretion of the Public Trustee, and iußuros the regular payment of the interest. The Security and Fidelity of thePnb. iio Trasteo's administration must be considered of the utmost Importance to every person contemplating tho appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees tlte fidelity of the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at the option of tho Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees aho, on the capital funds arising for inyestment out of the properties placed iv the Public Trust Office, ft common rato of interest, to bo paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee* is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for the regular and punotual paymontof the interest, free of all charges of tht Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees there must always be serlOUß concern as to the security of the capital funds; and the largor the capital funds tho greater must be the concern for security, and the less, for a high rate of Interest. The Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave tho colony, cannot bocomo disqualified, or involved In private difficulties; and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absence rendor necessary numerous and expensive deeds not required by Public Trustee's administration, which has, besides, the offloe solicitor's advice without expense to the estates.
