Saywell, That tho shooting for I various prizes be every Wednesday morning ■ and afternoon, unless postponed by notice in the local paper, and the shooting to commence at 5 o'clock in the morning and at 2 o'clock in the afternoon ; Any competitor arriving on the ground more than half an h6ur later than the times stated above, shall be debarred from firing except a majority of the competitors in bis class on the range are willing to allow him to do so.— Carried. Proposed by Lieut Bray, and seconded by Vol. Wilson, That Lieut. Burlace's medal be given to the one making the highost score in Class A at 500 and 700 yards, when 10 shots are fired at each range at any one competition during tbe season —Carried. Proposed by Lieut. Bray, and seconded by Vol. Card, That Mrs Kir ton's bracelet be a handicap prize to be fired for by members of the corps nominated by a lady, and that nomination close with the Secretary of the shooting committee on Thursday, the 7th ot January, 1894, at 8 p.m. The whole of the members competing to use Snider Rifles. The ranges and number of competition to be decided by tbe shooting committee— Carried The following are the prizes already fixed to be fired for by the respective classes :— Class A— Mr Bastings watch ; Class B— Mrs Hastie's medal ; Class C — Captain Kirton's binocular glasses and Lieut. Bray 'B prize. Miss Waahbourne's medal to be won by the highest scorer in any one competition in Class C.
