Do this at MAETIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. fHE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government institution to afford, at low rates Of Commission, a secure aud couvunieut recourse for thoso who, desirous of forming trusts in the colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trustees or executors, and for persons unable or unwilling to umlortako or continue the administration of the trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by "The Public Trust Office Act, 1872," has boon since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to moot growing requirements. Tho Amendment Act of 1891 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss to estates from investments at the discretion of tbe Public Trustee, aud insuroß the regular payment of the interest. The Security and Fidelity of tbe Pub. Ho Trusteo'B administration must bo considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating tho appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of tho administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at the option of tho Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds tinning for investment out of the properties placed in tho Public Trust Office, » common rate of interest, to bo paid qur.rtorly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee is in tho Guarantee of the Colony againßt loeb from investments iv bad or JusulDciqnt securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for tho regular and punctual payment of the interest, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees there must always be serious concern as to the security of the capital funds ; and the larger tho capital funds the groator must be tho concern for security, and tho loss for a high rate of interest. Tbe Public Trustee cannot dio, cannot leave tho colony, cannot become disqualified, or involved in private difficulties, and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absence render necessary numerous ana expensive doedß not roquirod by Public Trustee n administration, which has, bosidos, the oflio* solicitor's advico without expense to the estates. By all who know or have experienced tho contingencies of private trusteeships the§« advantages must bo appreciated.
