Mr Matthew Henry's Palmerston report:—The market supplies yesterday were rery much under the average, sheep being conspicuous by their absence. Although the supplies were small, they were equal to requirements, trade ruling dull throughout. Most of the stock penned were sold at the following quotations. Cattle.— lß-months steers £2 17s; yearling heifers, L 2 11s; calves, 20s; cows and calves, L4 lss; cows forward in calf, LI 10s ; fat cows, L5. Abraham and Williams' stock report Pahialua, November 29th :— Owing to the abundance of feed, stock is not coming forward so freely. Consequently our yards have not been unduly taxed for the last few sales. Prices to day ruled much the same as last quotations, sheep and cattle closing firm. We quota;— Medium store steers, LI 7s 6d to L 4 17s Gd ; forward cows, L 4 15s ; store cows, medium, L'd 4s ; 2«year heifers, nice quality, L 3 15s ; others, L 3 ss. SheepFat owes, 8s 7d ; forward 8s ; mixed twotooths, 7b sd ; wethers, 8s 2d,
