Do this at MARTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. fHE Public Trust Office off New Zealand is a Government institution to afford, at lOW rates Of commission, a secure and couvoniuut recourse for those who, desirous of forming trusts in tbo colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trustees or executors, and for persons unablo or unwilling to uudortako or continue the administration of tbo trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by " Tbo Public Trust Offico Act, 1872," has boon since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to moot growing requirements. The Amendment Act of 1891 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss tp estates from investments at the discretion of the Public Trustee, aud insuros the regular payment of the interest. The Security and Fidelity of the Public Trustee's administration must bo considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointmont of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity ot tho administration, aud Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at tho option of tho Public Trustee. Tho Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of the properties placed in tho Public Trust Offico, ft common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee i? in tho Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or Insufficient securities, and against loss from dolay in investment, aud for tho regular and punctual payI mont of the interest, free of all charges of tns Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees thoro must always be serious concern as to the security of the capital funds ; and the larger tho capital funds tho greater must be tho concern for security, and tbo less for a high rato of intorest. Tho Public Trustee cannot dio, cannot leave tho colony, canuot become disqualified, or involved in privato difficulties; and cannot be distrusted. In privato trusteeships, death and absence rendor necessary uuuiorous and expensive deeds not required by Public Trustee's administration, which has, besides, tho offlo« solicitor's advico without expense tp the estates.
