[Per Press Association] London, November 24. The weekly returns of the Bank of England published to-day show the total reserve to be L 17,132,000. Consols, 98£ d. Three months bills are discounted at 2^ per cent New Zealand 4 per cent inscribed stock, 106 ; 3£ per cent ditto, 97. Frozen mutton— First quality, SJd per 1b ; second quality, 3Jjd per lb. Lamb — First quality, 4 per lb The New Zealand hemp market is dull. Twenty*two bales of first quality from Wellington sold atLlB 10s per ton. Butter — Danish, 103s per cwt; Australian and New Zealand, 12Bs to 1255.
