When a civil case was brought on before the BUI, this morning, the latter said that he had received a very improper letter from a "Wairarapa solicitor, sub* tnitting that he should send a case for trial to the local court. Mr Martin said he had not the power of a judge to com. Mit for contempt, but he should hand the lotter to the Law Society to deal with.
