Sales have been made of the following spring products :— New round pota toes, 12s ; kidneys, 12s 6d to 16s per cwt ; cucumbers, 4s per dozen ; rhubarb, up to 6s per dozen ; gooseberries, 4s per quart; red currants, 12s per half case ; green peas, 8d to 9d per peck. The Tarawera, from Sydney, landed about 500 cases of oranges, which realised from 4s to 5s 6d per case. Poultry is plentiful and is inclined to reduce in value.
