NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned Benjamin Le Prou and William Joseph Conder, in the business of Blacksmiths, carried on by us at Birmingham and Pemberton, under thc style or firm of " Le Prou and Conder," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will be henceforth carried on by the said William Joseph Conder at Birmingham only, who alone will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities and receive all money payable to the said late firm.
