The Colony Cuarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of tbe properties placed in the Publie Trust Office, a common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The valuo ot this guarantee is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bod or Insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for tho regular and punctual payment of the interest, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office.
