I— No entry will be receded for any races except on this condilion : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or whom they may appoint ; There decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of tho programme shall be final 2— Nominations and acceplances close with the Secretary at Feilding at 830 p.m., unless otherwise specified, Post Office Box 45 3— All entries must be sealed and addressed to the Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time ol entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider 4— Any owner foiling to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 sot unless they are registered 6— All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand 6— The adTertised stakes will be paid in full without any deduction 7 — The Committee reserve the right tc alter the date or time for declaration ol weights, nominations, or acceptances at they may deem fit B— Hack means a horse that has never won an adTertised race (hack and hunter races excepted) or is not nominated at date of entry for* any race (had or hunter races exeepted) EDMD.
