Fatal Fire in London
|_Per Press Association] London, November 16. Several warehouses in the Old Bailey have been burnt to the ground, including one floor of Cassell's, the publishers. Newgate was at one time in serious danger, but the fire brigades obtained the mastery. The damage is estimated at one hundred thousand. One fireman was killed.
