Dress well and be sure ot Success. Do this at MARTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. THE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government institution to afford, at lOW rates Of commission, c. secure and convenient recourse for those who, desirous of forming trusts iv tho colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trustees or executors, and for persons unable or unwilling to undertake or continue the administration of tho trusts accepted by or imposed upon tbem. The Publio Trust Office, constituted by " The Public Trust Office Act, 1872," boa been since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to meet growing requirements. Tbe Amendment Act ot 1891 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss tQ estates from investments at tbe discretion of the l'ublic Trustee, aud insures the regular payment of tho interest. The Security and Fidelity of the Pub. lie Trustee's administration must bo con* sidered of tbe utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. The colony guarantees tlie fidelity ot the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity ofthe Capital Funds invested at tho option of the Publio Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of the properties placed in the Public Trust Offico, a common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bod or insufficient securities, and acainst loss from dolay in investment, and for the regular and punctual payment of the intorest, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees there must always be serious concern as to the security of the capital funds; and the larger the capital funds the greater must be the concern for security, and the less for a high rate of interest. The Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave tho colony, cannot bocome disqualified, or involved in private difficulties; and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absenoe render necessary numerous and expensive deeds not required by Public Trustee .administration, which has, besides, the offloo solicitor's advice without expense to the estates. By all who know or have experienced the contingencies of private trustees hips these advantages must bo appreciated.
