RULES Se REGULATIONS : Nominations for Champion Race and all handicaps, including Jumping events, must be sent to the Secretary on or before MONDAY, 11th December, not later than 8.30 pm ; competitors are requested to forward postal notes and not stamps Two shillings on each handicap event, and fall entry money for Champion Race, to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of public performances for the last two years (matches included) with dates and localities of such performances ; the remainder of entrance fee on acceptance, which can be made on the grpnnd ; other events post entries ; colors must be named on nomination The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats Amateurs must be members of some Athletic Society, and mast prodnce cer] tificates to that effect; all Amateur events will be run nnder the ' New Zealand Amatenr Athletic Association ' rules ; Any competitor found guilty of sending , [a false performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, •hall be disqualified for life The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of hisde* scription of his performances.
