Libel Action against the Age
THE PLAINTIFF WITHDRAWS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Mblboubne, This Day. On the libel action, Speight, ex-Com-missioner of Bail ways y Sjme, of the Age, being called. Mr Duffej announced that as Mr Speight had utterly broken his fortune and was without money, he could proceed no further. The case was adjourned to enable the plaintiff to consider his position.
