I Per Press Association. Dunedin, This Day At the Taieri races on Saturday, Francoite was left a,t the post in one of the ra?6B, the field being despatched in a most straggling order. The crowd raised a demonstration against the starter giving no race, but Mr Davidson declared he had lowered the flaft. As he feared to face the crowd, Mr Carncross, MH R , had to officiate the rest of the day.
