Do this at MARTIN'S TAILOEING ESTABLISHMENT, THE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government institution to afford, at tow rates Of commission, a secure and convenient rccoureo for those who, desirous of forming trusts in the colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint privato trustoos or oxecutors, and for persons unable or unwilling to undertake or continue tho administration of the trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by " The Public Trust Office Act, 1872," has boon sinco much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to moot growing requirements. The Amendment Act of IS9I facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss to estates from investment* at tho discretion of tho Public Trustee, and insures tbo regular payment of the interest The Security and Fidelity of the rub. Ho Trustee's administration must be considered of the utmost importance to evory person contemplating the appointmont of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of the administration, and C uara ntees a 1 80 the Integrity of the Capital Funds invosted at tho option of tho Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of the properties placed in the Public Trust Office, a common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or Insufficient eocnrlties, and against loss from delay in investment, and for tho regular and punctual payment of tho interest, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. In tho appointmont of Trustees there must always bo serious concern as to the security of the capital funds : and the larger the capital funds the greater must bo tho concern for security, and tho loss for a high rato of interest. Tho Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave tbo colony, cannot become a«qualifloa, or involved in privato difficulties; and cannot be distrusted. In privato trustooships, death and absence render necessary numerous and expensive doods not required by Public Trustee's administration, -which has, bosides, tho offloe solicitor's advico wlthont expense to the estates. By all who know or have experienced tho contingencies of privato trusteeships those advantages must be appreciated.
