Do this at MARTIN'S TAILORING ESTABLISHMENT. ftfE Public Trust Office of New Zealand is a Government institution to nfford, at low rates Of commission, a sccuro and convenient recourses for those who, desirous of forming trusts in tbo colony, cannot satisfactorily appoint private trustees or executors, and for persons unablo or unwilling to undortako or continue the administration of tbo trusts accepted by or imposed upon them. The Public Trust Office, constituted by "The Public Trust Offico Act, 1872," has been since much enlarged in its functions by amending Acts, to moot growing renuiroMients. The Amendment Act of 1691 facilitates administration, authorises prompt distribution, provides absolute security against loss to estates from investments at tho discretion ot the Public Trustee, and insures the regular payment of the interest. Tho Security and Fidelity of the Fab. lie Trustee's administration must bo considered of tho utmost importanco to evory person contemplating tho appointment of a trustee. Thq colony guaran tees the fidelity of the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at tho option of the Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of the properties placed in the Public Trust Office, ft common rate of intorest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantees is in tho Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or Insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for the rogular and punctual payment of the interest, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. In the appointment ol Trustees there must aljrays be seriOUS concern as to the security of the capital funds; and the larger the capital funds tho creator must bo tho concern for security, and tho less for a high rate of interest. The Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave tho colony, cannot bocome disqualified, or involvod in private difficulties j and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absence roudor necessary numerous and expensive deeds not required by Public Trustee's administration, which has, besidos, the offloe solicitor's advice without expense to tne estates. By all who know or have experienced tho contingencies of private trusteeships tuese advantages must bo appreciated.
