TO THE EDITOR OP THE STAR. Sir, —As the approach to the Warwick Street Bridge has been washed away several time this winter, and seems to be beyond the control of the Council's Engineer, I think it would be wise to let tbe next job, to secure the approaches by tender, and not waste the rates in half doing it as it has been done.
