A Solicitor Struck off the Roll
(per pbess association). Wellington, October 19. The Court of Appeal, on the application of the Auckland District Law [Society, to-day made an order .striking H. 11. Shortiand, of Auckland, oil the roll of solicitors on the ground of fraud in connection with a client, Tuylor, and conviction for criminal libel upon a young woman, for which he lately suffered two years' imprisonment.
