The Late Mr Levin's Will
(PEB PBEBB ASSOCIATION). Wellington, October 13. Probate has been granted ot the will o: tbe late Mr W H. Levin. Deceased W quMthed lo his wife the sum of iIOOC for her own use. To his aunts Rose Howe widow, and Sarah Levin, spinster, all ol London, he leaves to each the sum ol £250. The rest of his real and personal oroperty he leaves in the hands of Hob Settle McLean, M.L.C., of Dunedin; Mr Edward Pearce, merchant, Welling, ton ; and Mr G. FitzGerald, C.E., Blen heim, in trust. The sheep farming property at Bowlands is to be held in trust, And on the eldest soil attaining the age oi 25 years, to be offered to the two eldest sons at an amount of valuation ; amount to be charged against shares of sons in capital of residuary estate, and sons will be allowed three months in which to accept offer. If there is only one survivin«» or only one desires to accept estate, the same rights and privileges are to be extended to that son. As to the share in the firm of Levin and Co., the trustees are directed to receive interest moneys payable and invest them. The trustees are empowered to leave in the hands of the continuing partners in the business a sura not exceeding £15,000. The Grey and Panama street premises are to be let to the continuous partners, if required. The remainder of the estate is directed to be sold as soon as convenient to the trustees, and proceeds invested, and out of the income received from all sources pay to Mrs Levin, so long as she remains a widow, an annuity of JE3OOO. If she should marry again, then from the date of marriage "she is to receive an annuity of JESOO out of the surplus income. The trustees are to pay to Fanny Fitzgerald, widow ot deceased's brother-in-law, an annual sum of ±100 so long as she continues a widow. After the death or second marriage of Mrs Levin the trustees are directed to set apart a smn of £2000 for Hugh Levin, nbphew of deceased, to be paid him when he reaches 21 years of age. The residuary capital of the estate is to be equally divided among the children. In event of none of the children reaching 21, after the death of the testator's widow, the whole of tbe capital of trust estate is to be applied to Hugh Levin, nephew, and deceased's sister, Mrs Geo. Beetham.
