IN pursuance of the provisions of the " Education Act, 1877,"' and such portion of " The School Committees Election Act, 1891," jus may apply, it is hereby notified that a public meeting of householders of the Foxton Small Farm Settlement will be held at Mr Gawler's residence, Pohangina, on SATURDAY, llth October, 1893, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of Electing a School Committee and to define boundaries for a School District. At such time and place, the Board directs that the first meeting of the newlyelected Committee shall be held for the purpose of electing a Chairman, whose name shall be at once forwarded to the Board's Secretary. For the supply and delivery of about 1000 cubic yards of Gravel on the Kimbolton Road. G. For clearing slips, putting in culvert, and filling in gully on Calvert's Road. Plans, specifications, and general conditions for Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 may be seen at Messrs Eagar and Ransom's store, Waituna, No. b at Lowes' Hotel, Birmingham, antl the whole at the Board's office, Feilding.
