Wanganui Supreme Court
(Ptiß PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wanganui, This Day. In the Supreme Court, the jury in the alleged criminal assault case preferred against Charles Bushett, were looked up all night and returned to Court this morning with a vordict of not guilty, wishing to add " not proved." The case is now proceeding against Dr Marshall for alleged indecent assault.
