The United Farmers' Alliance, Ltd., report as follows : — Wheat — Nothing fresh to report. There are only one or two lots of wbeat offering and millers are stocked. We quote :— Prime milling, 3s 6d ; whole fowlwheat, iis 2d to iis Bd ; broken do , 3s. Oats — During the past week there has been a better demand for seed at 2s 9d to 2s lOd ; short feed, 2s 9d ; Danish, 2s Ud. Barley — Cape barley, for seed, iis fid ; feed, os. Rye Com — Good samples, 4s. Potatoes — Prices are -slightly firmer and Derwents aro worth L 4 15s to L 5; seed sorts, bs and 9s cwt. Chaff— Good bright oaten sheaf, L 4 to L 4 5s ; straw chaff, 50 to 55s Grass seed and clovers — These are moving off freely for spring sowing.
